Advancing High-Grade Silver in
Tier-1 Jurisdictions

A junior exploration company focused on the exploration and advancement of its 100% interest in the Crag and Rod properties, together with and including the Craig high-grade silver-lead-zinc deposit, located in east-central Yukon. The Craig Deposit's combination of high grades, scalability, exploration upside, and jurisdictional quality makes Hertz Energy's silver exposure particularly compelling in the current market.

Key Value Drivers

⛏️

Acquisition of a High-Grade Polymetallic Asset on One of Yukon's Most Prolific Belts

Hertz entered into an option agreement to acquire 100% interest in the Craig silver-lead-zinc deposit, with historic high-grade silver and an inferred resource*, strengthening the Company's project portfolio and adding a potentially economic, drill-defined asset in a Tier-1 jurisdiction in Yukon's renowned Rackla belt. The Rackla Belt in the Yukon hosts a highly prospective, under-explored extension of the Tombstone Gold Belt, which contains over 20 million ounces of gold. The consolidated Crag and Rod project areas expand Hertz's footprint to ~31,200 hectares in the Rackla Belt, a region with multiple known mineralized zones and strong geological potential for new discoveries beyond the historical Craig Deposit. The Craig silver-lead-zinc deposit stands out for its exceptionally high silver grades — the combination of a historical resource, multiple open zones, and a 14-kilometre mineralized corridor across the consolidated project provides strong leverage to exploration success, which is where junior explorers can create the most value. Because Craig is a polymetallic silver-lead-zinc system, Hertz benefits from exposure to multiple critical and economically important metals, amplifying potential upside if electrification, infrastructure spending, and clean-energy trends continue to drive demand.

* Resources estimated by Falconbridge Limited in the mid-1990's before the implementation of NI 43-101, and therefore considered historical in nature. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or reserves and the issuer is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or reserves.

Diversified Exposure Through Lake George Antimony–Tungsten–Gold Project

Hertz's Lake George project highlights its entry into additional critical and strategic commodities (antimony, tungsten, and gold), broadening its exposure beyond silver, zinc, and lead. The Lake George project is strategically positioned as (1) its claims surround the historic past-producing Lake George Antimony Mine, once the largest primary antimony producer in North America (1876 to 1996), and (2) due to its location in a historically productive mineral region with known occurrences of antimony, tungsten, and gold, commodities that are critical to both industrial applications and supply chain security. Proximity to established infrastructure, favourable geology, and existing historical data help reduce early-stage exploration risk, making the project an attractive target for advancing toward drill testing and resource definition.

📈

Favourable Market and Strategic Commodity Exposure

With global demand rising for silver (driven by electronics, solar and EV markets), as well as zinc and lead for infrastructure and manufacturing, Hertz's focus on high-grade, polymetallic targets positions the company to benefit from tightening supplies and price support. Antimony and tungsten are recognized as critical minerals by governments around the world due to their essential roles in defense, electronics, energy-efficient technologies, and industrial manufacturing. Antimony and tungsten have strong industrial demand and geopolitical significance, and advancing multiple projects across diverse commodities can enhance investor interest and reduce reliance on a single market cycle. This backdrop, combined with assets in politically stable Canada, strengthens the company's long-term value proposition to the market.
